Hi! I’m Graham Cohen

Welcome to my website, a comprehensive collection showcasing my career journey, professional resume, artistic creations, and architectural accomplishments.

Whether you arrived to explore a business collaboration or take a look at work done outside of the office, I extend my gratitude for your visit.

Let’s build something remarkable together!

With significant experience in Product, Project, Program, and Organizational Management across multiple industries, I lead cross-functional teams in both B2B and B2C companies to build compelling cloud-based products & platforms, while strategically architecting solutions through the application of Agile methodologies and the bedrock of Scrum principles.

As a builder and maker of things, both on and off the job, I possess a skill-set that enables me to organize business and technology teams to construct best-in-show SaaS and web-based tools, products, and features with compelling attraction to prospective users and customers by refining and executing on Agile models.

This is achieved through hard work - sometimes a little burn - through great respect for stakeholders and recognition of the team and achievements during the build process.

I am a firm believer in providing credit where it is due - to the team. It brings out the best in people and product.

The true measure of performance is not in the words or thoughts, rather what is accomplished. While some may find the concept of work daunting, I perceive it as the next steps to propel progress - rising to one's feet with tools in-hand, and taking those next steps forward.

Action and thinking should not be considered as opposites, rather the best device when used simultaneously for learning and idea generation.

Undoubtedly, there will be things we do not know or understand along the way, but one must first start, and only after the project begins, will it get better - It always does.

Action paves the path to achievement. Once a decision is agreed upon… Let’s build!
